What is a Meal Plan?
A Meal Plan unlocks delicious meals, coffee, snacks, and more, at 8 locations across campus. Your Meal Plan includes Meal Swipes and Declining Balance (DB), conveniently loaded onto your Student ID. No need to carry additional cards or cash!

Meal Swipes give you access to our all-you-care-to-eat dining location, Kennedy Dining Hall.
Declining Balance
Declining Balance may be used at any WSSU Dining Service’s location. Visit our locations page for location information, including dining hall menus and hours of operation.

Meal Exchange
Meal exchange is available on the All Access plan. You will have 10 available meal exchanges to use each semester, at select retail locations. The Meal exchange typically includes one entrée, one side and one fountain beverage.Meal Plan Benefits
