All funds and plans purchased for use in WSSU Dining are for the personal use of the owner of the account or plan only and are non-transferable. The WSSU Dining funds and plans cannot be used as a gift card or gift certificate. Except as otherwise expressly stated in these terms, all WSSU Dining funds and plans are non-refundable and will expire at the earlier of the last day of enrollment or employment, as applicable, or the last day of the current semester.

MEAL PLAN TERMS

RESIDENTIAL MEAL PLANS
Meal plans are binding for the full academic year.  Please give thoughtful consideration to your selection. Once the selection is made, that meal plan is yours for both the Fall and Spring semester and may not be changed during the year.  Cancellations can only be made under special circumstances (i.e., withdrawal from the University) and only upon approval of the Office of Auxiliary Services.  Request for cancellations of this Meal Plan Contract must be made to the Office of Auxiliary Services located in Eller Hall, Room #214.

There are NO REFUNDS for meals missed or not eaten during the semester and they do not carry forward from Fall semester to Spring semester.

No meals will be provided during school closures of Thanksgiving Break, Winter Break, and Spring Break.

Declining balance dollars may be used for purchases at any of the following University food establishments:  Kennedy Dining Hall, DJR Student Activities Food Court, Amons Convenience Store, P.O.D Express Convenience Store, Ram City Coffee Shop and Ram Express.  Declining balance dollars that are part of a meal plan DO NOT carry over from the Fall semester to the Spring semester.  Declining balance dollars that are not spent by the end of the semester will not be REFUNDED.

The Ram Card can only be used by the student to whom it was issued.  Misuse of the card will result in disciplinary action.  There will be a $10.00 administrative processing fee to replace lost/stolen or damaged identification cards.

By signing the meal plan contract the student also agrees to adhere to "Social Regulations And Standards of Conduct" found in the Student Handbook.
